A Week of Food(June)

Angel hair pasta with chicken, peas and mushrooms. The noodles being akin to instant noodles allows you to cut a few corners for an easier dinner!
Admittedly, when I have children over who aren't my own, I tend to stick to the American basics in fear of them being freaked out by my other food. But couldn't help but add a few extras for them to try like an egg and crunchy onions. lol
When we're not eating rice, we're probably eating rice noodles. This one is a huge hit in the house, it's both fun and extremely healthy. Two types of homemade kimchi, edamame, corn, cucumber, garden mint, green onion, lettuce and rotisserie chicken to cut a corner. lol Dipped in peanut sauce.
Spicy tuna poke bowl. Something I would love to make far more often but it's a schlep getting to the store that carries sushi grade tuna.
Same ingredients as above but this time, make it a sushi burrito.
Steak is never not a good meal, but I prefer it with rice and some type of kimchi. This is homemade cucumber kimchi.
